Hello. I used to watch a MOVIE. Something about Silver Skates. Filmed in Holland. About a brother and sister who's Dad is sick and needs an operation. The boy enters a race to win some Ice Skates. In the process gets a Doctor to do the operation. I used to watch it in the 70's and early 80's.
