Jamir jager black and gold skates?

New York Ranger Jamir Jager wears black skates with gold laces. Do you think it has anything to do with him being a former penguin?

Reply:I think they are the yellow wax laces. A lot of players wear them. Oveckin wears them too. His skates are Grafs which come black already. I don't think it has anything to do with the Pens.
Reply:i was watching the stars game, and there's a player (a forward or center, really tall and skinny) who has balck skates with yellow laces, now that doesn't seem as odd as jagr doing it, but his whole team had white laces.





my aesthetic side is in flux over this, but the part of me that believes in good luck karma thinks it's okay if athletes and coaches do that.
